2. Authorization for Communication (Consent to Contact)

1. Contact you via voice calls, SMS, and WhatsApp.
2. Send course information, fee structures, and academic updates via email and phone.
3. Maintain this communication authorization for a period of up to 6 months from your date of submission, overriding any "Do Not Disturb" (DND) registrations.

3. Absolute Cancellation and No-Refund Policy

All course enrolments at Emmanuel Academy are absolute and final. Once a transaction is completed, it is definitive.

1. 100% Financial Forfeiture: All fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. No Attendance Exceptions: No partial or full refunds will be issued if a student fails to attend any or all scheduled lectures.
3. No Emergency Exceptions: If a student leaves a course mid-way due to personal emergencies, medical crises, professional conflicts, or any other unprecedented reasons, the paid fees remain completely non-refundable.
4. No Transfers: Paid fees cannot be transferred to another student, nor can they be credited toward a future course or batch.

4. Payments and Financial Security

1. Authorized Gateways: All financial transactions must be processed through our authorized channels: Google Pay (G. Pay) and HDFC Bank.
2. Data Security: Emmanuel Academy does not collect, access, or store your private credit card, debit card, or banking credentials.

5. Proprietary Intellectual Property and Trademarks

1. Ownership: All content on this site—including text, graphics, software, images, video, audio, study guides, and digital course material—is the exclusive property of Emmanuel Academy.
2. Trademark Protection: "Emmanuel Academy" is a registered trademark of Emmanuel Academy. Unauthorized use of this trademark or any website assets may violate copyright and trademark laws, resulting in civil or criminal actions.
3. Limited Personal License: Permission is granted to electronically copy or print hard copies of limited website portions for personal, non-commercial, and informational use only.
