Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

All enrolments at Emmanuel Academy are final. Once a student registers for any of our computer or English courses, the transaction is definitive. There is no option for cancellation, alteration, or refund under any circumstances.

1. Absolute Forfeiture: All fees paid are completely non-refundable.
2. No Class Attendance Exceptions: We do not issue refunds if a student fails to attend any or all scheduled lectures.
3. No Emergency Exceptions: If a student leaves a course mid-way due to personal emergencies, medical crises, professional conflicts, or any other unprecedented reasons, the paid fees remain 100% non-refundable.
4. No Transfers: Fees cannot be transferred to another student, nor can they be credited toward a future course or batch.

By enrolling in our academy and making a payment, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to this strict, absolute, and binding no-refund policy.
